I wish my temps weren't so effing crazy! In the last 4 days I have had my lowest temp ever (and my temps are already prett low) and then one of my highest pre-O temps. WTF? And they were all taken at the same time and my house is always the same temp so I don't know what the hell is going on.

Plus im CD15 with no O in sight. I was really hoping Vitex would help, but I know it's only my first cycle taking it.  Anyone else have such erratic temps?

    If you ignore the random really low temp, it actually looks pretty similar to your chart last month.  I hope the Vitex works and you O soon!

    How long have you been using your BBT? You could try changing the batteries or even buying a new one.

    One thing I noticed while chart-stalking: your temps look super-low overall. Have you had your thyroid checked? I think your temps should normally be in the 97-98 range. This may also be a result of a faulty thermometer. 

    If it's not the thermometer, then I'm stumped. Confused

    Mine is crazy this month too because of going back to school and not being able to sleep past 4:30am.  

    Maybe you were mouth-breathing the morning of the wonky low temp.  I've heard that can make your temp drop.  :)

    I've had the bbt just since May, so I don't think that's it. And I'm actually alwaysa mouth breather...

    I have wondered about my low temps but dh told me that I had normal levels for thyroid on my rpl. (hes a pharm so he know all the medical lingo).

    So if I did have a thyroid problem, would it show up on the thyroid rpl results, or is there a different test? Is it something they check when I go in at 7dpo for p4 testing?  TIA!

    My last 2 cycles were not erratic at all!!! But so far this one is, and it's so strange. I really hope it doesn't keep up. I liked my steady, normal temps.

    My temps seem to be crazy too, but this is my first attempt at temping so, I don't know much!

    For some reason your chart isn't coming up when I click it so I can't really give you any advice. I just wanted to say that I know how frustrating wonky temps can be. I hope they start to straighten out for you soon!
