Anyone's 2 month old eating less?

ds just doesn't want to eat.  I'm not sure if it's because he's too fussy or what.  He refused to eat this afternoon and went from 2-6 without eating and then tonight didn't want to eat.  He ate for about 5 minutes around 9 and then was crying/fussy until he finally just was exhausted and passed out around 11.  Both times, he needed a paci to go down (a first!) - he usually just nurses to sleep.

But I guess he really wasn't that hungry b/c he slept until 4 and ate fine now.

 Anyone else feeding less often?

    i know my LO started eating less at 6 weeks. one day she was taking bottles between 4-6 ounces, the next she would only take 2-3. after 2 weeks of being all over the place with how much she was eating (and how often) she seemed to settle into 4 ounces every 3 hours.

    i guess this is their way of leveling off?
