I was just reading some of the literature in my IVF packet.  The instructions for trigger say to do the injection 37 hours before retrieval for IVF but 36 hours before insemination for IUI.  I wonder why there is an hour difference.  If anything, I would think it would be an hour skewed the other way with less time between trigger and retrieval to make sure you didn't ovulate too early.

    Hmmm interesting...it seems odd that the hour wouldn't matter with one vs. the other.  All of my IUI have been 38 -38.5 hours after trigger.  I hope that wasn't too late.  Tongue Tied

    Our little miracle baby is a boy. :)

    Baby Boy Owen and Baby Girl Avery were born too early on Feb. 13, 2011 due to a pedunculated fibroid, incompetent cervix and suspected placental abruption.

    Aw, I'm sure you're fine!!  It is weird though.  I would imagine sometimes IUIs and retrievals aren't at the exact scheduled time if the office is running behind or whatever.  KWIM?
