  • Well, you mentioned taco seasoning, pasta... so I typed in gluten free taco seasoning or gluten free pasta, gluten free brands, things like that and I just look at the different results and if it looks like it might help. I saw there is an online shopping site that only sells gluten free stuff. I really liked the last site. I clicked on pasta earlier and it gave me the brand and which sauces were gluten free. It even  had baby foods!

When I search, I search key words and try not to be too specific. For example, don't search gluten free Prego sauce, search gluten free pasta sauce or gluten free pasta or gluten free sauce.

Your best bet is to contact the stores you frequent and ask them if they have a gluten free list and have them send it to you. I think one of the websites mentioned Safeway and Albertson's. I think it said if you request it as Safeway online they will email it to you.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you need more help.

  • I just did a search of gluten free brands and this site came up. It gives you a map of restaurants, bakeries, coffee houses, grocers by area. Just put in zip or city of where you live or are visiting and it shows you places in that area.

I have the Safeway list but its super outdated and almost everything they list now has gluten in it :( I have seen the online stores but the pasta sauces they have are specility gluten free so like twice the price. That first website you posted was great because they had normal brands that arent marked up because they are gluten free.
