Wet/dirty diapers at 3 weeks?
How many is "normal" I keep forgetting the stats but DD is having around 8 wet but for the past few days (when she started a growth spurt) only about 1 dirty a day (she had been having at least 5 or 6 before).

I can't remember exactly. Ah, the haze of the first few weeks.
But I know at our 1 month appointment, our pedi said that we shouldn't even CALL unless it had been 10 days since DS had a dirty diaper. He said it was fine for a BF baby to go that long. HTH a little!
