She and I both had chicken salad and milk, while I nursed the baby. I have been obsessed with making chicken salad lately; it's so easy and so good. This is my recipe if you're interested (all measurements are estimates; I just kind of eyeball it):
About two cups of shredded chicken (I pull it from a rotisserie chicken)
About a cup each of finely chopped celery, carrots, and walnuts
About a cup of quartered red grapes
About 2/3 cup of mayo (I use olive oil mayo or canola oil mayo from Whole Foods)
Dried dill to taste (this makes the recipe!)
Onion salt to taste
Ground black pepper
Blend the mayo and seasonings, then add the veggies. Add the chicken last and mix gently. Enjoy!
On our way to 3 under 4!

Some other ideas in our regular rotation: turkey and havarti cheese wrap with avocado spread, mac and cheese with homemade chicken nuggets, pasta salad, all kinds of quesadillas, tuna salad, chicken salad, leftovers from dinner the night before.
not the healthiest today... both girls had grilled cheese with diced peaches. DD1 also had a clementine.
