Dreading my monitoring appointment tomorrow

I have my second monitoring appointment tomorrow, and I have a strong feeling that my cycle is going to be cancelled again. Yesterday, I had a 10 and a bunch of small ones on the left and an 8 and a bunch of small ones on the right. That was pretty much what I had at my first monitoring appointment for IVF #1. I'm thinking that they will see a dominant follicle on each side tomorrow.
Ugh. I hate this. I'm on a different protocol this time, and I still don't seem to be reacting to the drugs correctly. 
If anyone has any "no cancellation" vibes to spare, I could use them.

I hope you get good news tomorrow!
Can they convert it to an IUI cycle if you only have one or two dominant follies?
My thoughts are with you. I understand since I had many cancels, and don't respond well to the meds. I'm hoping your eggs get the idea and pick up speed.
