I am wiped! I am sitting here at work trying to keep my eyes open. I have a headache and I'm pretty sure if I put my head on my desk, I would be out in less than 2 minutes.
I'm pretty sure it's not from lack of sleep. We went to bed at 9:15 last night and woke up around 5:45.
My question is, what do you do in the middle of the day to wake yourself up? I haven't gone to lunch yet, and I have an hour to work with...any suggestions?
Re: What do you do to wake up? (NTTGPR)
I feel like that every day.
I usually go for a brief walk around the building (or around the floor if it's too hot outside) and that seems to help. Get the blood flowing, stretch a little. If I need a quick fix at my desk, I get a cup of coffee.
Hey! How are you?
I know exactly what you mean about being tired everyday! I was thinking of running to Target or something at lunch just to walk around. I think I am my own worst enemy. I was working out pretty regularly for a few weeks and the last few days I have totally slacked off. Maybe I'll go get myself something cute for my vacay.
I'll have to try that. It will at least get my butt toned up, right?
I know how you feel...especially since I'm cutting back on the amount of coffee I drink during the day.
Now I take a break from work after I eat lunch and read the posts on this site. Most of the time something on here makes me giggle and wakes me up for the second half of my day.

Hey tracey!
yeah, I feel that way everyday around 2 pm. I usually go get a diet coke, but that isn't too good for you!
Oh and i usually do take a 5 min. catnap at my desk when the boss isn't looking, haha!
I've already tried a Pepsi, but with a headache, I'm sure that wasn't the best choice. Oh well. BTW, I am loving your chart!
See, I've always been told that caffeine helps a headache. Something about it helping the blood vessels contract?
Thanks! i am sooo not used to a normal looking chart. It kind of bums me out that we had to TTA this cycle. I hope I have a pretty chart next cycle too!
Who knows?! Anyway, the good news is that your cycle will be fairly normal so you won't have to wait forever to start trying again.
I try not to have more than one cup of coffee a day, but sometimes I will get a second cup in the afternoon. I eat a protein filled lunch and bring a Luna bar for a mid-afternoon snack. The white chocolate macadamia nut is really good. My co-worker and I also go on walks around our complex.
I also notice that I have a lot more energy when I am working out a lot and of course getting enough sleep at night.
