Little green boxes...?

I saw a post below about the points but what about the little boxes that are sometimes colored green?

    They are called "bumptangles" or "nesticles", etc. (that is a joke name). If you hover over them it will say that the person is a "top X contributor" or something like that. They have not been updated in FOREVER, so they are even more meaningless than they sound :-)
