Mathmatically, 26w 5d. Milestone-wise I think most OBs say 28 weeks.

I think 27 weeks - I'm due December 1st, which means 3rd tri starts September 1st for me. Some things I have read say 28 weeks though.

i've googled and read on different sites its between 26wks 6days to 28 weeks. i'd like to know the right answer myself. I'm going with the date that I have exactly 3 months left, which is Aug 29th for me since my due date is Nov 29. That would put me at 27weeks, 3 days.

If you divide the 40 weeks by three then your third trimester starts at 26 weeks 6 day most places just say 27 weeks.

Pregnancy begins at conception. Your due date is 266 days (38 weeks) later. We will use the more popular numbering, starting 14 days before your conception. According to this, you are already 2 weeks pregnant at the time of conception, making your total pregnancy last 40 weeks, or 280 days.

Now using this information that is based on the 28 day cycle with day 14 being that of your date of ovulation your first trimester began with day of your last menstrual period. Then the second trimester starts in week 13 day 0. Third trimester begins with week 28 day 0.

This is only with that ovulation date being at day 14 of your cycle. If you know for a face you are not on a 28 day cycle then you generially ovulated at the middle on that cycle - (exam: 32 days in your menstrual period then day 16 is the day you ovulated)

This is strictly an estimate of when you will give birth - sometimes it is earlier sometimes later. Usually within 8 to 10 day of the date they say.
