Excited for Fall?

1. I can't believe we are in our last full week of August!

2. I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of Fall. )

This week they are actually calling for 70 degree temps around us...which is so much better than the 85+ that we have been having.

What are you looking forward to most about Fall?

I can't wait for the leaves to start changing colors and to smell the crisp air.

I can't wait for crisp air, fall flavors and scents, playoff baseball, college football and the energy of back-to-school time! DS starts preschool one month from yesterday! Can't wait to see him with his little backpack.

I was just thinking about this the other day! I love fall, and I am really happy it is around the corner! I live right by a gorgeous college campus (Notre Dame University) and I love walking through campus during fall. Oh, and there are usually fall festivals which include caramel apples too

Fall is my favorite season. I love the when trees start to change colors, picking apples, drinking apple cider, decorating the outside of the house with mums and pumpkins....i could go on and on...

We've been to the campus during the Fall to see a few football games! It is very beautiful!

I love in the beginning of fall when we can open all the windows after having them shut most of the summer with the a/c on. Excited of comfy sweatshirt weather and football. Also my DH homemade chili almost every Sunday!

Fall is my favorite time of year. I love the weather and the foliage around here. However this year I am most excited about the overalls I bought for gardening. I don't know how much gardening I'll actually be doing but PG lady in overalls = total cuteness! Silly I know, but I enjoy the little things Stick out tongue

Oh my gosh I am soooooooooooo excited about fall. It is my absolute favorite time of the year! I love the crisp air, the colorful leaves, football, hoodies, jeans, halloween, pumpkins, thanksgiving, Oh i just love it all!!!!! Most of all I am anxious for fall so I can find out if I'm having a boy or girl, and so I can be half way to meeting this little angel!!!! Hurry up fall!!!!

Confession:

I've already decorated for Fall DD and DH were taking a looooooong nap yesterday and I just couldn't wait. It looks so great in the house. I LOVE it.

We are going to have a temp spike on Wednesday - 108 degrees - but then it drops to 87 by Saturday. Can't wait!!!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE fall!! I can't wait for it to get here. I hate August so I'm really glad it's coming to a close. As soon as September 1st hits, I WILL be decorating my house for "fall". I am super jealous of your 70ish degree temps!!!! It's in the low 90's here today. BOO!

Stuff I love the most about fall: Football, cooler weather, leaves changing, pumpkins and pumpkin smells, flannel/plaid shirts, and it means that the HOLIDAYS are near!! : )

I love all of this! Going to the pumpkin patch, hayrides, crunching leaves under my feet, hot chocolate, my birthday, our anniversary, pumpkin cheesecake, cool weather, driving through old historic neighborhoods with big beautiful trees, decorating for the holidays, baking, making soups and chillis, football (more for the parties though Wink

), spending time with my family, shopping for Christmas, lighting yummy smelling fall candles, new fall TV shows starting (I love my Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, & Desperate Housewives), and this year feeling my little one kick! Oh goodness I can't wait. I get so excited when people talk about fall!

I love Fall!! I look forward to it every year, but especially so this year. My clothes are getting tight and uncomfortable so I'm looking forward to daily sweatshirts/sweaters and evening/weekend sweatpants! My dad is retiring on Halloween so we're throwing a big outdoor party on Nov 1st which should be a blast.

I am not excited for my favorite time of year this time around. We didnt have much of a summer, it rained the whole time and got to 70 maybe once. Our trees are already changing. I am happy though that is going to be beautiful and i get to start wearing scarves again.

Right now it feels like I'm living on the surface of the sun, so I am looking forward to cooler weather for sure. It's going to be in the low 90's on Saturday and I am actually looking forward to that. I'm sick of 100+ degree days. Also looking forward to football! (Pre-season crap just does not cut it.)

Fall is when I aways wish I lived in New England.

Yes!! I *hate* the summer weather here in Florida - constant heat/humidity and it's been especially godawful this summer! I actually bought a sweater and pair of boots at TJ Maxx today along with two new bras that I sorely needed.

This year I'm most excited for Fall because it is just that much closer to February!

But it's always been my favorite time of year. I live in the Great Northwest where we get lots of crisp sunny days and just as many rainy days. I love, love, love the rain. The first couple days of rain smell so good. I love the changing leaves, going to the pumpkin patch with family and making soups while my husband makes a fire. I love cuddling on the couch by the fire watching the rain fall outside. I love the scents, pumpkin spice, and apple spice. I love Thanksgiving and being with family. I've been ready for Fall since last Fall! Please hurry up and get here!!!

~ 2 yr wedding anniversary

~Halloween (DH and I are going as Paulie and Juno this year)

~ The leaves changing color

~Baby shower!!!

~My best friend is getting married

~Thanksgiving (so cannot wait for all that yummy food)

The list goes on! But those are the major ones I am most excited for!

I have been waiting for Fall for months! I love the crisp, cool weather, which allows for cute fall clothes (sweaters, boots, jackets, scarves, etc.).

I love the changing leaves (but I hate when people burn them)!

Pumpkin flavored anything (pumpkin spice lattes, muffins, bread, pie, etc).

Pumpkin scented candles and room sprays.

Going to the orchard and getting apples and pumpkins!

Thanksgiving!

My one-year wedding anniversary!

I could go on and on!

Cooler temps! I live in Phoenix. Tomorrow its suppose to be 111 degrees. I am so ready for weather where my A/C doesnt have to be on and I can open my windows!

Oh and we cant forget Thanksgiving! My favorite holiday! I love to eat!
