Have you "jumped ship" off other boards?

Since my 2 mc's I just can't seem to post on any non-loss related board. I used to go on 24+ a lot, and BOTB occasionally, but I just can't stand to be on those boards anymore. I feel badly, because I've "known" some of the 24+ ladies for 3 years now...

Anyone else abandon their other boards?

    I didn't join the boards until after my first loss but I feel like I won't be headed to other boards.

    I did. I was on getting pregnant board on thenest.com for a while until I got my BFP. Posted there somewhat sporadically when I was pregnant. Then stopped going there all together. 

    Felt like I didn't have a relationship with anyone there, I wasn't TTC again yet, and because I didn't have a relationship with anyone there I wasn't ever happy for anyone's BFP.

    Complete Previa and Short Cervix. C-section scheduled for 9/3
    Delivered 8/5 @ 33 weeks, 4lbs, 6oz. 
    4-week NICU stay, home 9/3

    I go back to TTGP occasionally but I don't post there as much as I did before I got pregnant. I just feel like I don't have as much to contribute, and the topics and questions got repetitive.

    I was also bitter towards some of the posts there where the girls would whine about not wanting to have sex even though they were Oing, during the time when I wasn't allowed to have sex because I was still healing from my D&C. I didn't want to be angry and mean towards them because they weren't saying anything bad, so I just couldn't comment and kind of stopped posting there regularly.

    I posted on my anniversary board before my m/c but nowhere else on the bump. I still post over there regularly but that board is much slower. Since I've been here, I've backed off posting on the mc/pgl board quite a bit but obviously that isn't related to my loss.

    This...I was really only on TTGP before I got pregnant.  Now they just annoy me (not so much the people who were there when I was, but the new people).

    I totally LOL'd and thumbs-up to the post secret that said something about feeling sorry for the DHs because the TTGPers only have sex when ovulating.

    No, my main home has always been BOTB and I think it always will be. Though I find myself lurking here more and more.

    I used to post a lot over on Whats Cooking on the Nest and since the losses I can't seem to be polite enough to post over there Zip it!

    The only boards i belonged to were the tri boards. I was going to go to 0-3... but instead i came here. I do miss some of those ladies, but i didn't bond with any of them like i have with everyone here.

    I started out on the Miscarriage and this board in January but mostly just lurked for a couple months. Then I pretty much stopped getting online for anything altogether for a few more months and once we got pregnant I joined the March birth club but obviously had to leave it. I'm here and plan on staying at only the loss boards from here on out. And I'm hoping to be more than just a lurker. Cool

    BFP #1: 12/2009 m/c 1/2010 BFP #2: 6/2010 m/c 8/2010

    BFP #3: 10/2011 ectopic 11/2011 (right tube removed, learned left tube was probably nonfunctional due to scar tissue from infection after m/c)

    3 failed IUIs, IVF #1: 18R, 12M, 10F, 3 poor quality 5d embryos transferred= BFP #4!!!!!

    Betas: 9dp5dt: 64 ~14dp5dt: 91 (expecting miscarriage, doubling time of 236 hours) ~16dp5dt: 200~18dp5dt: 500

    First Ultrasound at 6w2d revealed two sacs, only one with a heartbeat

    LK arrived after 42 weeks on August 14, 2013! Beautiful, healthy, and happy!

    TTC#2: IVF booked for April 2015

    Surprise BFP#5 February 19, 2015 EDD: November 2, 2015

    Betas: 10dpo: 10, 14dpo: 77, 17dpo: 270

    First Ultrasound at 5w1d showed a miracle UTE baby! And right ovary ovulation to left fallopian tube.

    JD arrived at 38 weeks on October 20, 2015.

    TTC #3: Since October 2017. BFP #6 July 2, 2018 EDD: March 16, 2019 [/spoiler]

    I used to post all the time on my anniversary board. I still go over there but don't post as much because some of the posts are hurtful (like wahhhhhh my hips are sore from carrying this big baby in my belly).

    3/18- Beta #1 452! 3/20- Beta #2 1,026!! 3/27- First u/s- TWINS!
    Our twin boys arrived at 36w5d due to IUGR and a growth discordance

    FET: Medicated FET moved up to 5/23 due to ovulation
    Transferred a 6BB hatched blastocyst- genetically normal female embryo
    BFP! 5/28- 5dp6dt      
    6/1 Beta #1- 223! 6/3 Beta #2- 567!

    I joined the bump to join the Oct2010 board. An IRL friend told me about it, and I thought it was cool that I would be able to compare notes with other Oct mommies. 

    So, obviously, I jumped ship from that board. Since my loss, I've posted on MC/PGL, TTCAL, and the IF board.
