Oh strangers!

Today at work a customer asked me if I was having a boy and I told her no. Her response was, "Really? That looks like a boy belly because boy bellies are wide and girl bellies are usually the cute basketball type. You definitely look like you're having a boy."

First of all, why would you say this to someone? Second, I don't think my belly is "wide." Third, don't people usually say the opposite as far as how you carry?

Ugh! The things people say!

    Omg I thought the same thing when I was talking to my neighbor last night. She was also saying wide=boy. I actually said to her "wow I've only heard the opposite." I was definitely giving her some mental side eye lol.

    boy = basketball, as far as i've heard.  and it's been pretty true for all my preggo friends the last few years.  ignore her!  plus, i'm sure you're gorgeous, and that your husband would agree! :)
