I have had several people ask me what Branodon needs as opposed to wants for his birthday. I'm trying to come up with "needs"
So far the only things I've thought of are "big boy" bedding for his toddler bed and 2 kiddie toilet seats for our bathrooms. But I'm not sure I want to ask for either, kwim?
Is there anything else that you'd put on the list? Or really cool toys for boys (not posted yesterday) that would be really nice to have?
Thanks
Re: What did/does your 2 year old need?
Pajamas. We could always use more pajamas.
Maybe a potty seat if you don't have one.
And new books. She is getting into more complicated books now, and we never have enough (and we have a lot). I got six new books at the library yesterday and I think we've read them all at least three times. If he doesn't have them, the Dinosaur books by Jane Yolen (How Do Dinosaurs Say Goodnight, How Do Dinosaurs Eat Their Food, etc.) are very popular in our house.

Brainstorm coming: Fall/winter clothing, a winter coat, mittens, hat, snow boots a size larger than the current size, potty training books, larger bibs, pillow pet (because they are cute), art supplies, books, stickers, tattoos, maybe a boy dress up set (think sports or pirates, etc), matchbox car ramps, cars (of course), toddler remote control car or boat, duplo block set, kiddie sled, play doh (always a hit), music CDs, new DVDs, table and chairs (DD loves hers...cheap at Ikea), play food, puzzles, and I think my brain is done!
Have fun!
