RP: how to make siggy pic smaller?

Please tell me or I'll drive you all (and myself) crazy with this huge siggy pic! I'm so sorry I can't remember! I used to tell people how and now I'm the one that can't remember! The pic is from photobucket if that helps...

    Cute pic!  My LO is obsessed with our doggie.  :)

    I use tinypic.com and resize it to the "website/email" sizing.  HTH!
