wow, you have one crazy chart! I've never seen so many temp spikes and dips, especially pre-o.
Are you temping at the same time each day? Before you get out of bed? Are you moving a lot before you temp? I don't think you should be seeing a 1 degree shift so often...
I concur with the other laides, read up on the tutorials on FF- and maybe invest in another thermother. (you are using a basal one, right?)
This was what I was thinking. I noticed on weekend when I sleep in even an hour or two my temps are much higher than when I test at my usual time.
GL!
Hey Jen... Yep, i temp everyday at the sametime, i dont even move besides rolling over to get my pen and paper. Day 13 is the only day that i took my temp 3 hours late. Our power went out because of a storm so my alarm didnt go off. So i think that if i would have taken it at my normal time it would have been alot lower..
Thank you ladies for all the help
It's still a little early to tell. I remember last month when I got CHs for the first time it was a pretty obvious temp shift.
My chart is in the same boat as yours. Every other day it's up down up down up down. Just keep with it.
