Trying to Get Pregnant

Chart stalking, Yoga..ect..

Hey Ladie's.. Hope you are all having a great Monday. So this is my first month using FF, and so far have found it alot more relaxing compared to Ovulation test.. But im still learning alot and unsure about the temp changes...Do you ladies think i may have ovulated yesterday or even today?

 Thank you Big Smile

Ps..I'm doing my first yoga class tonight.. Have any of you been to one before? Any advice?

Re: Chart stalking, Yoga..ect..

  • Honestly, I've got no clue on your chart. I'm still learning to read them myself... As for yoga. I love it! My advice is to listen to your body. Only go as far into a pose as you feel comfortable and don't really "push it" until the end of class if you feel you can. Start slow. Also, get there a few minutes early and talk to the instructor. (S)he will help you out a lot more if (s)he's made aware of your "newbie" status. HTH Have fun!

  • Whoa! You need at least 3 days of temps past your O date to confirm O. Your temps are all over the place so it's impossible to even speculate. A lot of ladies keep having sex until ovulation has been confirmed. Read the tutorials on FF which should help you understand how to analyze your chart. • wow, you have one crazy chart! I've never seen so many temp spikes and dips, especially pre-o.

Are you temping at the same time each day? Before you get out of bed? Are you moving a lot before you temp? I don't think you should be seeing a 1 degree shift so often...

I concur with the other laides, read up on the tutorials on FF- and maybe invest in another thermother. (you are using a basal one, right?)

This was what I was thinking.  I noticed on weekend when I sleep in even an hour or two my temps are much higher than when I test at my usual time.

    GL!

  • Hey Jen... Yep, i temp everyday at the sametime, i dont even move besides rolling over to get my pen and paper. Day 13 is the only day that i took my temp 3 hours late. Our power went out because of a storm so my alarm didnt go off. So i think that if i would have taken it at my normal time it would have been alot lower..

Thank you ladies for all the help Big Smile

  • It's still a little early to tell.  I remember last month when I got CHs for the first time it was a pretty obvious temp shift.

My chart is in the same boat as yours.  Every other day it's up down up down up down.  Just keep with it.
