Playtex bottles

Does anyones LO have a problem with the Playtex Ventaire bottles.  Mine seems to choke on the milk and is usually done with those bottles in record time w. big burps and spit up.  I checked and they are the slowest nipples they make...

 He takes the Avent (level 2 nipple) like a champ.

 Any ideas why he can't take the Playtex?

    We use these and have never had problem. They cut down on gas and helped with his reflux too. He still uses the slow wide nipples and is bf the rest of the time. Not sure...
