Nurse said not to worry too much, and I have been having nasty gas pain so it's possible I'm just mixing the two of them up.
And if you believe that, I have a bridge over the Hudson I'd like to sell you.
The cramps are pretty strong. Like, if I wasn't pregnant I would OD on Advil and a heating ipad in anticipation of the AF from hell strong. No bleeding, but of course I'm freaked out.
Come on Universe. You can't do this to us again.
Re: Went in for Beta #3, but I'm cramping
I had bad AF cramps in weeks 4-5 with this pregnancy. They can be a good (though not enjoyable) thing. Hang in there, and good luck with today's betas!

I had the same kind of cramping. I was certain something awful was going to happen. Terrible back pain and terrible cramping. I hoping that it is just the baby snuggling in there tight. I'm anxious to hear your newest results. When will you hear?
Also, I know this is weird, but for the gas pains, if you get on your hands and knees and rock back and forth it will help, a lot.

I know how frustrating and scary it is BUT like all the others, I had awful AF cramping and back pain. It scared me to death and had me running to the bathroom fully expecting AF everytime. (see my post about it: https://community.thenest.com/cs/ks/forums/thread/33377732.aspx) Cramping is scary as hell but it is common and normal in the first tri. I had this cramping with DD#1 as well. Hugs and tons of T&Ps for wonderful Betas. When do you get those back????
i really hope everything is ok!!!!
I definitely had bad gas pains throughout the WHOLE 1st tri.
Hang in there and good luck with those betas!!!

And to add to the other ladies' experiences, I've had all sorts of cramping since before the bfp, and I've worried over every bit of it, but so far it has been innocent. I hope and pray this is what you're experiencing.

Cramping can be so unnerving (putting it mildly, ha!). I wish you weren't experiencing it - but just like PPs, I had bad cramping til about 9 weeks. I kept waiting for the spotting to start. The ladies on this board told me not to worry and several were experiencing the same thing - it helped me calm down a lot. Since the lines are still nice and dark and you haven't had any spotting, sounds to me like everything is just fine! ((hugs))
Hopefully it is just uterine stretching combined with your gas pain.
I am keeping everything crossed for you and praying that your numbers will be super duper great. Lots of thoughts and prayers dear! ((((hugs))))
(((hugs))) I hated that cramping. I had it too, and it was pretty strong. Stong enough that I was so nervous I called my OB's office to get in sooner for my first appointment.
Can't wait to hear what your betas are, I just know they'll be great!
