fat feet

My son has the fattest feet ever. I have one pair of shoes for him and they are the soft soles and they are the only shoes I could find.

Besides that every pair of shoes you can get his toes in and then the top of his feet NEVER make it into the rest. Any recommendations because the weather is starting to get cold and I'd like to have something to keep his feet warm

  • I know Stride Rite has double wides Smile

  • Have you tried Robeez? They're all soft and they have elastic around the ankle to keep them on really good. I saw somewhere that they just started making more shoe-like shoes for kids who are starting to walk, too.
  • My niece had extra wide feet and had the same problem.  I believe Stride Rite makes extra wide shoes, as well as New Balance.  Good luck!  FWIW, she did grow out of it by age 3!
  • That is great. Thanks
  • I don't know about Robeez, they cut into DS's fat ankles.

  • DS has the same super fat feet. I battled and battled trying to find cheap shoes that fit him - what a waste of time and energy. We sucked it up and got him a pair of size 5 double wides at stride rite. He walks a ton better now and I'm way happier.
