Anybody here try placenta encapsulation?

Hi ladies - I'm new here, just lurking around...

I am thinking of doing placenta encapsulation (where the placenta is prepared and put into capsules to be taken orally after the birth) to try to reduce my chances of PPD.  I've read it can make a huge improvement for some people.

Just wondering if any of you have any experience with it - anyone who's done it and had success or not??
