for Ellie Mae and her family.

 

I just went to a funeral service for Ellie Mae.  Her mom was induced at about 25 or 26 weeks because Ellie Mae failed to grown kidneys or lungs..  and as you all know, even though a baby may be kicking and turning in the womb, it's existence on earth isn't possible without lungs to breath nor functioning kidneys.   I can only imagine the terrible time her mom, dad, and 9mo sister are going through right now, and even those imaginings wouldn't do the hurt they must feel justice.  Ellie Mae's family are good people, so if you have an extra prayer to go out to help them heal and move on, please send it.  Kiss your children and don't forget what a true blessing each one of them are...  the ones with us today, as well as the one's who have found their way to heaven already.

Exactly. I will take my alive, colicky baby any day. Many T&P's for them. So heartbreaking.
