I mix Stoneyfield whole milk vanilla with full fat plain Fage. That way it's not totally sugary but he get's some flavor. He gets it once a day but sometimes twice if he refuses another meal. I add fruit sometimes. He loves yogurt.
DD gets yogurt for either breakfast or lunch most days. I give her plain organic yogurt mixed with a fruit puree (usually applesauce). She loves it... it's one of the few things she'll eat consistently.

THis is a great idea! I'm going to look into this. I usually mix oatmeal for the iron and to mellow out the flavor.

Fage Greek whole milk- plain. I mix it with sugar-free apple sauce, sweet potatoes, oatmeal in the morning... whatever I have on hand. I also put it in her smoothies... she gets yogurt several times a week. I don't like any of the pre-mixed ones bc they all have sugar. I have yet to find one that does not.... if it exists, please enlighten me!!!

Hmm, I'm the only one here who gives my kids a non-organic yogurt . . .
I give them a Danonino as a snack. I've read the ingredients and nutrition details and honestly don't find them too appalling to ingest once a day. However, I do use Stoneyfield whole milk (vanilla) when making them smoothies.

Just so you know, the only difference between yogurt and Dan-o-nino is a certain culture. I don't know why people find it so appalling.
I mix whole milk vanilla with fruit puree. I buy frozen fruit at sams and blend it up, then freeze in portions. thaw one out, mix with yogurt, and volia! Breakfast.

Recently, I made my own. It's plain, but I add stuff to it before he eats it. It's made with organic whole milk. If not what I make, then YoBaby. He usually gets it once a day with breakfast.

Okay, I'm really bad. My DDs tend to eat Yoplait Whips. DH likes to eat the vanilla flavor for dessert after dinner and DDs started following him around like little birds with their mouths open and they like it much better than any other type they've had. They usually have some every day or two.

The Stonyfield (or whatever it's called) cream top plain yogurt, mixed with unsweetened applesauce or in smoothies for taste. They get it about once a day. Right now they're on day 8 of a stomach bug so they're getting it ALL the time.
Oh, geez, I guess I'm the wild one. I get Dannon plain for DD and mix it with fruit, but we also give her Dannon fruit on the bottom sometimes (yes, I know, the sugar is terrible) or vanilla flavor, and she's also had Yoplait La Creme. I guess we give her whatever we have! She started out ONLY on plain yogurt or Yo Baby but we've expanded.
If we do yogurt, it's the Gerber yogurt in the baby food aisle. ?DS won't eat much off a spoon, but if he does, he refuses anything cold. ?Since I don't feel comfortable heating up yogurt, we just give him the Gerber since it's at room temperature. ?It's not an everyday thing though.
Re: What kind of yogurt do you feed your LO?
Usually once a day here too. We give DS Yotoddler and he loves it.
For a snack he also likes Happy Baby Happy Melts organic yogurt snacks.
yobaby every day.
if I see yo toddler anywhere, I will get that though
