Re: Suggestions for grilling fish

  • I wrap fish in aluminum foil to keep it from sticking when I grill it. Usually I just add in some herbs and some lemon and grill the packet that way.

    Enjoy!

  • We made Southwestern Grilled Tilapia the other night. it was really good.

    1 tbsp brown sugar

    1 tsp chili powder

    1/2 tsp grated lime peel

1/4 tsp onion salt ( I used onion powder to reduce the sodium)

Mix these dry ingredients together, rub on fish, put foil on grill with cut strips in it and grill til flaky

  • I make little foil packets with galic butter and some frozen veggies like corn and green beans with the fish on the grill it's yummy

  • I like all the pp suggestions.  Another way we make it is to use aluminum foil, marinate the fish in italian dressing and bake it that way.
