What kind of undies do you wear?

I just want to say that my opinions are different from some of yours and I think...haha, just kidding. Let's talk about underwear!

I have given up on squeezing my fat @ss into Victoria's Secret anymore. My mom says Victoria's Secret is that she never had kids, and I'm starting to agree. I am not a big girl, but my butt just never returned to normal after Leah and I can't squeeze into my old size. Even worse, the next size up is kind of baggy (ew). So, for the first time since I turned 15 (that's when my VS shopping started!), I need to try get my underwear from somewhere else.

Please recommend your comfy cotton underwear that won't cost me an arm a leg and is still kind of cute (I like bikini-style best).

Glad it's not just me. It's like my butt has gotten wider, so I can't quite squeeze into the old size. But if I go to the next size up, which covers my butt in a non-Playgirl-bunny type of way, then they are just too big everywhere else. And underwear really isn't one of those things where you can buy a bunch of kinds and then return them after you decide you don't like them...

What about fruit of the loom 100% cotton briefs or Hanes?? I don't have them but I can't think of anything else that are comfortable of the top of my head. Oh to answer your question: I only wear the kind that stays on. Hehehe.. I am a smart a88 sometimes. But I do love boyshorts from VS!

YES! I blame it on the interaction between gravity and the added weight of the baby while I was pregnant. It will never be the same. Even when I was BFing and below pre-pregnancy weight (which I'm not, anymore), NOTHING fit me right in that area.

Although my body is nowhere near where it was before O, I still do VS. However, my favorite from there are the normal cotton undies. I went through a phase where I was buying the bra and matching undies from there b/c they kept sending me coupons and I felt like I was getting such a deal. lol. And I always feel sexier when I'm wearing matching sets.

Sorry I'm not much help. Maybe try Macy's?

I have refused to shop at VS since I lost my discount (eons ago). Anyway, I've become such a huge cheapskae when it comes to undergarments. My current favorites are cotton hipsters/boyshorts from Target and/or Old Navy.

I have some Hanes cotton bikini style undies from Target and they're quite comfy. The waistband isn't too tight, which is important for me. The cotton is a bit thicker than normal Hanes and they have a cotton waistband - not like the printed Hanes waistband. The 3-packs usually come with one printed and two solid undies in cute colors. The butt is big enough to cover my pregnant tush but there are no baggy areas. I wear a pants size 10 or 12 and get a size 7.

Otherwise I really like the Target thongs that are modeled after the VS Pink thongs, but they seem to have stopped making them! I can't find them anywhere. Grr.

This is so sad but I wear Hanes or Fruit of the Loom most of the time. Really the only reason is cause it is hella cheap. I refuse to pay more than $1 for something that is so near and dear to my a$$.

I did have a coupon for VS one time so I have a few pairs from there that fit me fine, though. I have a very flat and wide behind.

I'm telling you girls. You need to get the Hanes comfort fit undies. They come in a 3 pack for around 8 dollars (I use the bikini as well) They wash well, wear well, and in my opnion still look good. They don't have any obnoxious tags or uncomfortable elastic waists. I'll try to find a pic of the package

I love the Gilligan and O'Malley cotton bikini underwear from Target. In fact, I just got back from there. They had them 30% off right now. I hope they aren't getting rid of them. They are so comfortable and wash really well.

I wear some made by Hanes I think. I'm pretty sure they are called comfort waistband. They are very similar to the ones Jen posted above.

I will say I only wear one kind of VS underwear & I have my big 'ol sprinters butt which has only gotten bigger as I stopped running track. The only underwear I will wear are VS body by victoria & the bikini style. They cover everything & they're super comfy. I have never had luck with their cotton undies as I always feel like my butt is hanging out. They are not cotton per se but they but they are SOOO comfy. I haven't tried their new ones but the nakeds ones aren't as comfy & i need a bigger size. Cotton hi-legs. When DH and I first met I was a thong girl, then I went to the lace boy shorts and then for last eternity its been cotton hi-legs. I don't care about VPL!

I know that I am WAY bigger than you, but I love my VS undies. I have tried countless others, but I love the ones from there and can't find any that fit better or feel better. They are cotton and I think they are the high-leg style. Love them.

I'm a Hanes girl. I buy their lowrise ones (not sure what they're called), but I know they come in a pack of 3. I've usually gotten them at Meijer or Walmart. They're cheap and anti wedgie.

I was having the same problem at the beginning of summer. I had a 30% coupon at Gap, so I bought one of each type of cotton underwear. My favorite was the low rise bikini, not to be confused with the ultra low rise plumber butt underwear:) Now, I am waiting for another sale so that I can stock up.
