Here's the one we registered for. We decided if we feel like we need a regular, not jogger, stroller, then we'll just pick one up at a kids consignment store.
Kolcraft Jeep Energy Jeep Liberty Limited Stroller
We will get both but will probably wait to get the jogger until spring when we'll actually be using it. We are doing a Snap N Go and an Uppababy Vista to start and then I assume we'll go with a BOB for the jogging stroller.
I have both a reg (Pliko P3) and jogging stroller (BJ City Elite) and there is comparision how much better the jogger is to the regular stroller. I wish I had never spent the $$ on the reg stroller but hindsight is 20/20.
I really want a babyjogger city mini double but I won't be getting it right away.
Deciding on strollers has been my biggest baby gear challenge. It's making me nuts! We don't need a jogging stroller since we don't jog. What I DO want is a stroller that will work in the snow and fit into the car so we can go for walks before the baby is 4 months old! Use in the snow is not a feature anyone reports on much in reviews. I go around and around among various combinations of Chicco Cortina Travel System vs. Snap-n-Go vs. Baby Jogger City Mini. I may have to wait until the first snow, go to a store and push a few around the parking lot before I decide.
I voted SS because we are undecided. There's no BRU where we live and I don't want to pick one without test-driving. I *think* we'll probably get a travel system and then a small umbrella one (or might just wait till later on that.) I like seeing what others have picked for the ideas

It's a BOB revolution. It has a swivel/lockable front wheel so it can be used for things other than jogging. I tested it out at REI and that's where I'd like to get it because they will replace/fix it, if anything goes wrong with it during the life of the stroller.

I registered for htat one too!! My g/f has it and it's so smooth and I love it!
I also did register for a travel system and an umbrella stroller.
One of my co-workers came to me at the end of the school year and said "The only advice I'm going to give you is to get a jogging stroller. YOu don't even need to jog with them. They will make travel around stores so much easier since they tend to move smoother than the huge travel system."

How heavy is it IRL? I haven't actually put my hands on it and was just going by reviews...

That would be it's only downfall...It's really bulky. I have a small SUV and it can take up the entire back part of it. And I would venture to say it's about 20 lbs or a lil more so when trying to place it in the car - you will need both hands to do it. But I mean my g/f who has it is a small little thing and she can fold it and lift it into her car.
We're getting a Bob Revolution with the car seat attachment to make it a "travel system." DH is a runner but the big tires also work great in the snow and sand. We plan to take the baby to the beach a lot and when they get older we plan to buy the gear kit that turns the stroller into a storage cart so we can keep using it to lug all the beach gear. It also goes up to 70 pounds which is great if our child decides they really want to stay in the stroller for that long. We're also getting a Maclaren as our umbrella stroller to keep in the car for short trips to the mall

We're going with this one as well, except in the gray/black/blue combo. I didn't really think it was considered a jogger however, from what I read, its classified as an all-terrain stroller, which was what I was after. I can't jog due to back issues & past surgery, but I do need something that can handle going "off-road" because we have a large amount of land that we like to walk through & tend to do a lot of camping & will need the stroller to work better on natural surfaces. The fact that we can attach our car seat to this is pretty awesome as well.
i'm a SS.....we are getting a snap n' go with the infant seat and also probably a bumbleride...the one with the 3 wheels....not the flyer. the name is escaping me cuz i am frazzled at work right now....anyway...i am hoping that will be enough but maybe we will need to get another, regular stroller too in ayear or so....i really like the uppa baby but it's a million dollars....sigh.....

I'm getting the BOB Revolution with the infant car seat attachment. DH is a runner and I jogged before I got pregnant. I plan on using it for jogging, plus I hear it maneuvers well. Since we live close to the beach it will come in handy. I will probably also get a nice umbrella stroller once the baby is a little older.
Same UPPABaby Vista in orange - LOVE IT! Will get the car seat adapter for this and also have a green Bob that I got at a garage sale. A must have for me since I plan to get right back into marathon training asap.
We registered for the Baby Trend Expedition, because it is both a travel system and a jogging stroller. We'll probably also register for an umbrella stroller for times we want something more compact.
We will NOT get a "regular" stroller that is really big. We plan on a simple umbrella stroller (for when the kid is older; travel system for immediately) plus probably/hopefully a jogging stroller that isn't too huge. But what we won't do is get the typical "everyday" stroller because those are always so much bigger than anything we'd want for around town.
It also goes up to 70 pounds which is great if our child decides they really want to stay in the stroller for that long. We're also getting a Maclaren as our umbrella stroller to keep in the car for short trips to the mall
Reading this reminds me of just how small of a kid I was. I was in 6th or 7th grade when I weighed 70 lbs. Yes, 11 or 12 years old. Needless to say, I won't be searching out this feature for my kid's stroller. I can't imagine having that big of a kid (although s/he's currently in the 95th percentile! haha)

Were actually getting 3 strollers (gasp!). We have our chicco travel system:

Baby Jogger City Mini in green/gray. Got the adapter piece to make this a "travel system" with the Chicco Keyfit 30 (in "Cubes").
I'll be getting this one.

We also registered for Baby Jogger City Mini. Its incredibly lightweight and comfy:
