I'm deeply sorry for the bad news. I'm sure my words, I realize I'm a total stranger, won't be of too much comfort. But I really, truly hope you can find some comfort from the words in the replies from your post. You have a ton of thoughts and prayers coming your way. We are all praying for a miracle, and some peace for you and your family. Our hearts are breaking for you - don't give up hope.

I am so very, very sorry for what you are going through.
I don't normally post much, but this disease runs in my husband's family and I wanted to offer my sympathies and support. Just know that medically, great strides have been made to improve the quality of life for individuals suffering with poly-cystic kidney disease. Currently, medical trials are going on to find ways to stop the progression of this disease so that young individuals who have it can live closer to normal lives. There are also a number of transplant swap options available now if your baby does require a transplant.
You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers; I hope that your baby stays strong and proves the doctors wrong!
No fertility care this time, and post cancer treatment! Hooray!
