I love jazzercise and have been for some time now. I feel like I really get in a great workout. Me and DH are planning to start TTC soon and I was wondering if it would still be okay while pregnant? Anyone gone while pregnant and if so did you have to make any modifications during your workout?

I am a Jazzercise Instuctor and did teach until I was 32 weeks and the only reason I stopped was beacuse of Placenta Previa. I mostly did low impact but did have to show high impact. I did keep all my ST part standing -it was easier to do my ab routing that way. Remeber your instructor can always show you alternative- there are always alternative in jazzercise.
We hadone of our instuctor that did jazzercise all the way- her water broke during class
