Yea.. not a fan of characters or "themes" for the nursery. When we did my DD's room everyone was asking about a theme. Um... the theme is baby's nursery. In colors and patterns that I like.
WtP is not my style. I did like it as a kid (particularly Tigger) but there are lots of things I liked as a kid that I don't want splattered all over my house and my kid's clothes. I only got a few Pooh items thankfully. One we have right now - it is a little push and ride toy that my DD *loves*. Oh well.
I have found that finding boys clothes without the characters on them is a LOT harder than girls clothes. Even the higher end baby clothing stores love to put puppies and dinosaurs on boy's clothes.
I hope you are fvcking kidding. I'm never ever lurking on the tri boards again...
We used a Classic Pooh theme because it's what both DH and I had as babies so we wanted to pass it down to our first born.
And MrsSummitCounty, our shiit was expensive. Nothing from WalMart biitch
That riled up about character bedding, eh?
Sorry, but the comment you made was shi tty...
Get off your high horse, you're no better than anyone else just becuase you didn't do a "character" theme.
*tries to care*
Nope. Not working... It's still just a conversation about bedding and I still disagree with you. But it's your right to go ahead and make it some personal slight against you and get all butt-hurt about it. Whatever floats your boat, sister.

Thanks for the original comeback... Here's one for you:
I feel bad for your kid, cuz she's gonna have a horrible mother.
You can disagree without having to make a hurtful comment about someone's tastes. Come talk to me after you have a baby and have grown up.
