Wedding tonight and terrible cramps

I took Provera which gives me the worst cramps ever. Like, 'lay on the floor crying' cramps.?

They started late last night, and I am waiting for them to get worse. We have DH's second cousin's wedding tonight (Italian fam-everyone and their mother gets invited).

What am I going to do if these cramps get worse!?? The way I feel right now- I could deal with going. They are really bad but I could deal. I think. I can't take Advil and Tylenol doesn't even work anyway so I'm not going to bother.

UGH!?

Should I admit I HATE weddings and wish I originally RSVPed no?!

    Have you ever tried one of those Thermacare heat packs. They make them in a perfect patch that sticks to your abdomen for menstrual cramps. They just go on right underneath your clothes and really work! You can get them at any drugstore next to the ice packs I think.

    Thanks for the advice- but I am allergic to latex. Also, I am on Lovenox shots daily and then go in my belly. I have a lot of marks and bruises and I wouldn't want to put something on over them.

    In fact, I don't even know if I can use a heating pad on my belly. I will have to ask tomorrow. My back it killing me, too, so maybe I can use a heating pad on my back. ?

    You poor thing!  I hate the cramps that come with IF meds.  Hope you feel better...or else I'd not go to the wedding.
