I had my first appt with a nurse yesterday and she suggested eating plain (dry) cheerios instead of crackers for m/s. I tried it today and it worked great...for a little while anyway. She said they're more nutritous than crackers and soak up the acid in your stomach which causes you to feel sick. Just thought I'd pass it along b/c I'll take ANY tips I can get to help me feel better!
Re: Cheerios for m/s
I tried the cherrios thing earlier this week ... everything was good until i threw up cheerios ... then it didn't work so well after ...not so nice either!!!!
Where did you find them? I've been searching high and low but no stores here seem to carry them!!!
