Song about pl and also memory stones?

I hope this is an ok place to post if not please refer me to the proper board. I remember a song being mentioned that was about PL, I think it was a country singer who sang it? Does anyone know this one?

 Also I remeber a nestie who's mom made "memory stones" to place under a tree or outside to remember angel babies. Does anyone know how if she's still around?
