Does anyone know where I can find a good list of questions to ask my OB at my first appointment next week? Or have a list going? I've ordered a bunch of books, but they aren't here yet, so I thought I'd just start writing some down.
Thanks!

You OB will probably tell you all you need to know, but you might want to ask him specifically about his feelings on caffiene, deli meats, fish, alcohol. Ask where to call in an off hours emergency, espcially if it is a solo practice. Are u/s done in the office? Do they do an NT scan or just a 20 week growth scan?
After my last pregnancy, my doctor met with us in his office and went over all that stuff, plus the percenages of miscarriage and all that. You might want to ask what percentage of his patients have episotomies and c-sections, if it is a concern for you.
And if you already are thinking you want a natural birth and want to use a certain method, like Bradley, bring that up as well. Some OB's don't support those methods and you want to find that out as early as possible.
It is extensive, but I have a list of questions from my "Essential Pregnancy Organizer: 40 Weeks". It covers everything from questions that help you actually choose an OB to questions about actual labor and delivery.
I will post a few related to the early stages, but if you want the full list, let me know, and I will post it.
How do I get emergency care after office hours?
What tests can I expect you to perform during my pregnancy?
