MoM's baby shower timing question

I'm sure this had been asked many times before but when is a good time to schedule a baby shower? Right now we're taking about dates that would put me at 28/29 weeks.

If you search on the Multiples board this question gets asked about every other day. Seems the consensus is before 30 weeks. I'm having mine at 29.

I had showers between 25-28 weeks. I was on strict bedrest by 26 weeks so had one of the showers at my house, and also had some online "virtual" showers.

I had mine at 30 weeks and I had to ask permission to go because of my bedrest for PTL. I think 27-28 weeks is good.

Yep the general consensus I have read on the multiples board is by 28 weeks or so. I think mine will be around then. It seems so soon but its for the best.
