Does anyone else get frustrated having to buy maternity clothes. Everytime I buy something I think "wow, I could have bought (something necessary) for the baby." It just bugs me that I'm only going to be able to wear these clothes for a little while. I thought about this because I'm planning to go to a pea in the pod and motherhood maternity tonight.
Also, I saw on walmart.com that they have a 2 pack of (white and black) maternity camis for $10. The ones that don't have the annoying built in bra/ shelf. I think that's a pretty good deal!
Re: Maternity Clothes
Check out Goodwill...they get all of Target's overstock and the maternity stuff is only like $3.00 and it's brand new.
Good to know! I will definitely be doing that. I also look at craigslist, a lot of women will sell a group of maternity clothes for a fairly cheap price. I got 2 super cute tops and two really nice pairs of jeans for $15. I felt like that wasn't bad. She said she only wore one pair of jeans once and it looked like that was all they had been worn.

I hardly buy myself new clothes when I'm not pregnant. There just always seems like there is something better to spend our money on. And DH has company provided uniforms that he wears everyday to work, so we really aren't used to spending money on clothes at all!
One of my friends went out and bought a bunch of new/cute summer maternity clothes when she was 32 weeks pg thinking she would at least get 2 more months out of them and it gets really hot here in the summer, so she wanted to be comfortable.
Then she ended up having her baby at 33 weeks. (He's healthy and home now after a 3 week NICU stay - thank goodness!). So she's letting my borrow a lot of her clothes. And in return I'm letting her borrow a swing someone bought us until December. So it's working out pretty well for me.
