Ok so we all complain about our massive mammary's but have you guys noticed a difference in your nipples too? DH made a comment last night about mine. Ruined that whole denial thing I had going on! I officially have mom boobs! Nipples and all. Who knew big ole DD's (which I now know amid your company arent that big after all) could be....UNSEXY!?

Have you ever watched those documentaries on the tribes in Africa who don't wear any clothes....That's what I feel like I've got now!
Yup, I had DD's before getting pregnant, and I went up 2 cup sizes. The best was DH's comment a week or 2 ago: "whoa, I guess they have gotten bigger."

I know exactly what you mean! They don't even look like my boobs anymore. Where did these massive things come from?? My nipples are as big as my boobs were pre-pregnancy!

I think mine technically look normal now. PP they were so tiny, like prepubescent size. They are now darker and slightly bigger.
My DH thinks it's pretty fun to comment on, too. Well, until I showed him what I could now do with them (leaking). Then he ran out of the bathroom, and now that I think about it, he hasn't mentioned them since.

yea i hear ya ! my boobs grew a whole cup size and my nipples seemed softer and bigger ! so i know how ya feel !

Seems about right to me. They are DH's favorite part so I have been trying to find misleading ways to avoid the focus on my nipples.
At least once DD is born I can use the "they're off limits" line. Lol after what happend to him when DD#1 was born I am sure he wont complain.

My aerola's are really dark, but thankfully everything is the same size since before being pregnant.
If I didn't get a breast reduction last year I think that my boobs would be in the Guiness Book of World Records right now.
I'm hoping that they stay perky after I BF (if I am able) ::fingers crossed::
Mine are definitely spreading larger and getting darker. I told DH I was going to be on NatGeo soon.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but mine didn't change much in size during my first pregnancy and there's not much of a significant change this time around either. My milk came in and they were fuller but not big by any means. Who knew that little bit of fullness could totally destroy my smaller boobs' only asset--their perkiness--but it did. Oh the glories of pregnancy.
Just sayin', don't get your hopes up about retaining perkiness. Mom boobs in one form or another are pretty much unavoidable.

I've always had big aereolas (sp?) but they've gotten a lot darker in recent weeks.
The worst part right now is the nipple pain when they're erect. OMG, most of the time it's so bad I feel like I'm going to throw up. I wear bras all the time now (except for when I shower), but if there is any sort of temperature change or if I move the wrong way, the headlights turn on and I have to sit down for a minute until the pain goes away.
I hate it like whoa.

Yeah.. Mine have always been saucers.. and I've always been jealous of you girls with the cute tiny nipples... But now?? I think they've decided that massive takeover is in their best interests..
That and my nipples are painful and stick out for miles! It reminds me of a comment a friend of mine made once while we were recording and passing the time by casually looking through the playboys that were randomly laying around.. "Good lord! They look like elevator buttons!! Ya just wanna poke 'em."
Needless to say he never got to poke mine that's for sure but the phrase just stuck with me and now every time I look in the mirror I hear him saying that.
DH has made a few "good lord" exclamations when he isn't on guard 100%. He tries not to do this as making mama uber self conscious = slim chance of nookie.
I am with you. I plan on having one more baby after DD and then bring on the boob job. I don't want bigger necessarily, I just want them to stay in place. Plus DH is a boob guy so he won't mind either.
