I have been taking my basal temp in the morning (almost every day) and on monday, my temp, went from 97.25 to 97.57. The following day, yesterday, it was also 97.57. Today I got a positive OPK. I was testing with first response opks, but today I switched to CBE. Does the shift in temp indicate that I already ovulated, or should I go by the positive OPK. This is my first OPK this cycle, but I am not sure the first response OPKs were working properly. I have had EWCM for days, I had a chemical pregnancy last month. Does anyone have any thoughts?

My temps ALWAYS increase two days after i can a + on a OPK. So, for me, i know i ovulate two days after the tests catch the hormon surge...
If you havent spiked at least two days straight- i doubt you o'd yet.
