  I found one at Baby's 1st Furniture on Richmond for... I forget how much exactly... but it was less than $10 on sale.  I wanted a toddler-size pillow because I wanted to be able to use DH's toddler pillow case from when he was little.

  What kind of pillow did yo ladies get for your little one (feather, soft, medium, firm)?  Not sure if there is a recommended thickness.
