Can you please recommend your lightweight/umbrella stroller. I'm looking for something that is of good quality and that is durable and no more than $200. It must also have the front bar that could hold a bottle and/or snacks

I have a Baby Jogger City Mini - You have to buy the tray for the front, but I like it a lot. Light, easy to fold up, seems comfy for DD and works great.
BUT I think you should really just take your child with you to the store and try them all out yourself. I got a lot of recommendations but when I went to the store, it ended up being whatever was most comfy for me and my DS.
If you or DH are over 5'7", push whatever you buy around the store A LOT. DH and I are both tall and we've had a hard time finding one that didn't give us backaches after pushing it around.

We bought the Combi https://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3957336. We love it except for the canopy, not too adjustable...but it is a umbrella stoller...
