hit her head now has a bump

DD was sitting on the counter and knocked her head against the fausset. She has a knot now. I know these things will happen but shoud I watch for anything? I dont think we need to go to the er because she has stopped crying and is not having a mum mum so she seems to have gotten over it already. im just a worry wort.
