in Pregnant after a Loss

I'm about to head out to my SIL's bridal shower.  So far only 5 people have rsvp'ed and that included me, the bride to be, and other SIL.  I'm not close with the ILs so this should be interesting.  I'm ready to plaster on a fake smile and go with the flow for 2 hours.  I'm going to need a virgin drink after this!

    It wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be.  I felt bad because nobody showed up.  Even MIL (bride-to-be's own mom) stopped by for 5 minutes and then left.  I was also the only one to bring a gift, which I thought was the point of a shower.  Now I'm not so sad that they didn't give me a shower when DH and I got married.
