Babies: 0 - 3 Months

anyone do EASY?

I have a (almost) 4 week old & would like to start the EASY method.

Im trying to read thru the book - but having a hard time focusing :P

the toughest part so far is doing Activity after a feeding - my LO falls asleep each time.

  • The book explains about that. I don't have it with me right now, but I do know it talks about that. Sometimes activty is just hanging their diaper and getting burped. Sleep = growth. Yes

This!  At 4 weeks, changing the diaper after a feeding is sometimes enough 'activity'.  My 10-week-old will only stay awake after a feed for about 30-40 minutes before she starts yawning and I put her in her crib (where she now falls asleep on her own).

For me, EASY works really well!  GL!

Do you use music or the mobile when you put your LO down? or silence?
