This ad just posted today on Craigslist:

Family of 3 plus a cat, just moved here from Canada, looking for a long-term home rental. 3 bedrooms preferred in a family friendly neighbourhood. Would also consider a rent-to-own if it is a great place in a great neighbourhood. We need to be out of our temporary rental September 30, so we are looking for October 1st. Thanks!

Ummmm so this is like my dream scenario. Looking for the exact rent needed to cover our mortgage, same bedrooms in our area. Our neighborhood doesn't get much more family friendly considering that we are 4 houses down from the grade school and a quarter mile from the junior high. And the best part is they want to move in Oct not Sept so I won't have to rush to be out of here. I'll still have the rest of the summer to finish packing, seeing my friends and family, canning (before I lose access to a decent kitchen) and actually harvesting my tomatoes (if those flippin hornworms don't devour them). Plus I can have a party for the kids birthdays for my family which won't happen if we have to leave in sept. Oh and let's not forget that then I definitely can still come to canning camp!

So any t&p's, effer vibes, good luck dust or mellow jello-ness you can shoot this way would be awesome!
