TTC After a Loss

Haven't felt like myself lately :(

I've felt very lethargic the last day and a half.  I've been careful to avoid gluten, so I'm sure that isn't it.  (And my rash is actually getting better).  I don't know if my body is going through gluten withdrawl or what...I've heard it is possible.  I also know something isn't quite right with my reproductive tract.  I feel like I have developed a cyst, but it doesn't appear to be on my ovary.  It's more like my uterus is tender and slightly swollen.  My temps have been a lot higher lately, so I wonder if I'm getting an infection or something.

I have an appointment with my OBGYN on Monday morning, if I don't start feeling better over the weekend.

Any advice?

Re: Haven't felt like myself lately :(

  • I've been feeling a little wonky in the same way, too.  No cycle last month, weird pains, just general feeling of "something's up..."

    And fatigue...

So I can totally commiserate!  I hope you feel better soon, and I hope it all gets sorted out.

  • Actually the lethargy is more than likely because you are going through gluten withdrawal.  Your body is accustomed to using carbs as fuel.  Your body just needs an adjustment period to switch to using more fats as fuel.  Try eating some nuts or an avocado.  Something with good fats.  It should help.

I hope everything else is ok and that you aren't developing an infection.  Glad you are going to see the doctor.

    Hope you feel better!
