sterilized silicone parts cloudy?

I noticed my pump parts were harder to get clean, so I boiled them for 5 minutes last night.  Now all the silicone is cloudy (Avent Isis Duo parts), as are the bottle nipples.  Anyone know what causes this and if I should fix it somehow?

    This happens when I put them in the dishwasher. I thought it was soap residue, but maybe it is the heat?

    This happens with mine and I hand wash. Usually it comes off if I wipe it with a paper towel.

    Do you have hard water? I think that's what it's from because we get the same stuff on our glasses.
