Help with siggy please!!!

Ok I am having issues trying to get everything right on my siggy! How do you get your pictures and other things side by side?? I cannot seem to get anything right on this today! My August Siggy Challenge picture is huge sometimes and then tiny sometimes. Not sure what its going to look like when I post this. Anyways I just want everything to go together smoothly so my signature isn't huge and long! Any advice would be great!

    I edited and did mine as a collage in Picasa.  How to put it side by side with HTML, I'm as lost as you are.
