umm, where are the YEARS options?? 5 years with our first pg, 2 very expensive medicated cycles with our second.

2.5 years, including 6 rounds of Clomid (one of which was a double whammy of 150 mg a day over a 10 day period), and an IUI round that included Follistim injectibles, Femura, and Ovidril. The IUI round is what did the job.

This was a surprise - kind of. I went off BCP in December, but having been diagnosed with PCOS years ago, doctors had always told me that I would need help getting pregnant. We were therefore very lax about our birth control, and 6 months off BCP resulted in a positive pregnancy test.

With DD it took 10 months (only 5 long cycles) and with this one it only took 1 magical cycle.

I didn't even get a chance to get my period after going off the pill!!! I am STILL in shock! I was expecting it to take months if not years! I'd been on the pill for 10 years, and the second off it wham-o! I guess we're good at this baby making thing!
