Pregnant after a Loss

Can we talk about BMs?

Anyone else have COMPLETELY irregular BM's?  They're all over the board in terms of their frequency and....erm....consistency.  I'll skip days then go 4xs in one day, etc.  This is a new thing over the last two weeks or so.

Re: Can we talk about BMs?

  • After the constipation went away around 12 weeks, I've had this. Nothing for 2-3 days, then 3 times in one day where I barely make it to the bathroom, then 2 days later horrible constipation.

  • I've definitely noticed a change in BM's... however it was just that they picked up. Now it's like my body is trying to make up for the lost time in 1st and 2nd tri!

  • I am VERY constipated even with taking colace! My OB said I could take up to 5 a day and today I took 5 because I have not had a BM in exactly 7 days:( I feel horrible.
  • Ugh!  7 days?  That's awful.  I hope the extra colace helps.

Sonadora - that's EXACTLY how things are with me.  It's just so strange.

Yes, this is exactly what is going on over here for me!

    Ditto.

I think I prefer being constipated to my current, um, condition!
