Could this be the mirena??..

I am in pain. My lower abdomin is hurting so bad. Sharp pains when I move around or twist around. No appetite. Up until the past few days it's just been cramps here or there...and bleeding. I've had this thing since 6 weeks pp.

I woke up this morning very crampy, and when i checked, the strings were way out. I called my doc and they want me to come in asap to have it checked, i have an appt at 3.

Call your doc... i'm sure they will want you to go in and have things checked. (I too have had it since 6 weeks pp and have been bleeding off and on since then)

I would go in. That makes me nervous because I have the mirena too and I'm already paranoid as it is about anything going wrong. Would you keep us updated on what happens with it?
