I have a ton of fresh peaches and want to make a cobbler. There are plenty of recipes on-line, but I was wondering if anybody had one that they have used and loved?

Buckin has a peach sonker recipe that is incredibly good on her blog. Last time she made it (that I had, anyway) was when she had a shitton of peaches. It was delicious.
As many peaches as you want. Melt butter in a 350 degree oven in a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Whisk in sugar and flour. Add milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Spread peaches evenly over the top (they will sink as they cook) and bake for about 35 minutes or until golden brown on top.

I cheat. Melt a stick of butter in a baking dish. Add your peaches and a simple syrup mixture to sweeten to taste. Top with a prepared yellow cake mix. Bake. So good, you'll never not cheat again.

Re: Peach cobbler recipe?
It's perfect. Not too sweet at all.

2 cups milk
2 cups sugar
2 cups self rising flour
dash of vanilla
1-2 tsp cinnamon
